Unfortunately, I cannot make it into uni at 8.15. However, I shall be there for the second plenary address at 12.15.
You should work on the Week 3 Tutorial as best you can. I will try to respond to email if you have questions.
The module starts Tuesday morning 8.15. Except for a short morning lectures and another after lunch, you will be working all day on tutorials. The first task is to install necessary software. During the morning hours, we will have tutors available who are familiar with both linux, Windows, and Mac OS, to make sure that everyone gets started.
